Coordinate and supervise shop operations team, following the directions of the Planning and Manufacturing Engineering Department and Ops Leader - Coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition - Manage People presence in term of absence Hrs. within the shift - Verify the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) - Make sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE) - Organize talks on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e., Friday Projects) - Collaborate with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity - Make sure that the tools and equipment used are properly replaced at each workstation - Support operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department - Support operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department - Support line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, attendance ) Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience - High-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Fluent in Italian and English - EU work permit Desired Characteristics - Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others - Excellent time management skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Superior listening skills Additional Information: Relocation Assistance Provided:No
