At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs. /li liInfluence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations. /li liBe a visual storyteller: You have strong foundations in typography, branding, and information design. /li liBe collaborative: Involve different stakeholders throughout your process. /li liBe a clear communicator: Express ideas with clarity, transparency, and respect, and handle feedback effectively. /li liBe decisive and autonomous: Apply learnings and adapt quickly, balancing quality and velocity. /li liBe pragmatic: Follow industry standards when appropriate and innovate when necessary. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ol liDegree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field. /li li2+ years of experience in designing digital products, from ideation to implementation. /li liA strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your design process and achievements. /li liExcellent English skills, both written and spoken. Italian is a plus! /li liExperience with user research practices and methodologies. /li liGood understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies. You don’t need to code but should communicate effectively with engineers. /li liProficiency in Figma and other design software. /li liFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. /li /ol pWe value attitude, character, and eagerness to learn.
