Your role will focus on optimizing accounts payable processes through automation and efficient digital content processing. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and deliver tailored SAP VIM solutions.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include Executing unit and integration testing, resolving technical issues, and supporting end‑user training and adoption.\nOptimizing invoice processing cycles to improve efficiency and reduce errors.\nCreating comprehensive documentation including configuration details, process flows, and troubleshooting guidelines.\nProviding mentorship to junior consultants and supporting team knowledge‑sharing initiatives. Preferred Education\nBachelor's Degree\nRequired Technical And Professional Expertise Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP VIM solutions in medium to large‑scale projects.\nHands‑on expertise with VIM components: Invoice Capture Center (ICC), Business Capture Center (BCC), OpenText Archive Server, and IES Barcoding.\nSolid understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes and their integration with VIM.\nStrong integration experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third‑party applications (e.g., Ariba).\nAbility to design and configure VIM workflows for invoice approval and exception handling.\nExperience in performing system testing, troubleshooting, and user training.\nStrong skills in creating functional and technical documentation.\nExcellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
