If you're over a certain age you probably never had an opportunity to become a creator on socials, we're making that possible trough AI powered features and authentic communities.
On Waveful it's much easier to create and find communities for what you like, monetize your content, and find the right people for you. Making it possible for common adult people to feel valued for the first time on social media.
We got to over 1M+ monthly active users worldwide in less than 3 months, we have insane engagement metrics and we're continuing to grow quickly.
But we need your help to grow even faster.
We're looking for a Growth Lead to cover all of our current product growth needs, own the experimentation pipeline, manage and scale the growth team and lead go-to-market initiatives in our current and new countries.
The team is still very small (
You’ll report directly to me (CEO & Co-Founder), and collaborate closely with the current growth & product team.

Ownerships:
Manage the product growth and marketing experimentation pipeline
Manage and scale the growth team
Own the core growth loop and engagement loop (via obsession with metrics and growth experiments)
Lead growth research activities (e.G. user interviews, ICP studies...)
Lead GTM initiatives in new countries
Handle growth ops (like channel tracking)
Get the hands dirty to validate channels and personally test where necessary, before scaling
Requirements:
5+ years experience in b2c product growth or closely related experiences
Product first mindset and data & analytics expertise
Shown high ownership levels and ability to scale (e.G. former Head of Growth, ex consumer mobile founder...)
The job is in presence in Milan, Italy. We have an office stocked with everything. We help relocating if necessary
