We are currently looking for
Junior Back Office Automotive - Fluent English and French
. Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector. The selected candidate will support the Fleet Operations Division with a focus on administrative activities for branches and foreign markets.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle order management - Transport organization - Control of documents related to delivery procedures - Authorization of technical interventions - Control and approval of tax documents for supplier payments - Management of mailbox and customer service inquiries - Reporting - Analysis and monitoring of internal KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree At least 6 months of experience in administrative/commercial back office positions, preferably in international business environments Fluent in English and French Passion for the automotive industry - professional experience in the automotive sector is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and highly organized with excellent planning skills
This position is based in Rome. The contract and salary will be commensurate with experience.
