It co-hosts the global digital health conference, Frontiers Health.Privately owned and backed by FITEC, a leading European VC fund, Healthware has over 200 professionals with main offices in Salerno, London, New York, Milan, Helsinki, and through its joint venture partner Intouch Group, a combined reach of over 1,500 people across more than 15 offices in Europe, the US, and Asia.We are looking for aLegal Counselto join our expanding team and establish in-house legal services.Main Activities & Responsibilities :Support and assist MDs and Client Engagement teams in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and contractual agreements (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, tech product / solution contracts, supply and purchase agreements, IT contracts)Prepare and draft minutes for corporate governance bodies periodicallyMonitor and advise on relevant regulations, legislation, and legal developments affecting our global operationsAssist in M&A, venture investments, and corporate transactionsEnsure compliance with governance processes and internal / external regulationsProvide support on D.Lgs. 231 / 2001, privacy / GDPR, and other regulatory issuesCreate legal templates and develop company policiesQualifications :Master’s degree in LawMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate governance law or at international law firmsExperience working in international environments with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent drafting, decision-making, and deal-closing skillsComfortable handling privacy, compliance, SaaS legal implications, channel business, and technology transactionsExperience managing external counselAbility to work in high-intensity, scale-up environmentsSelf-motivated with good stress and time management skillsWe offer an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-growing, innovative, and ambitious international company.J-18808-Ljbffr
