The IT Business Analyst reports hierarchically to the Group IT Manager – Applications and is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, with a strong focus on ERP Infor LN implementations and upgrades.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications, facilitating effective communication between IT teams and external partners
• Propose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes, maximizing the value and capabilities
• Manage new implementation and upgrade projects with the support of external consultants
• Create and manage project documentation and perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and integrated processes
Your Skills
This is a great opportunity if you have:
• Proven and solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with a track record in ERP implementation, customization and project lifecycle management
• Have a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems
• Solid project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
Location: Collecchio, in the province of Parma.
Hybrid work option: 4 days of remote work per month.
