The role sits within the Planning & Control team and supports the CFO/Top management in budgeting and forecasting, performance monitoring and management reporting. The position also contributes to periodic management information and data flows to the parent company:\n
- Budget and forecast processes, including data collection, consolidation and presentations
- Monitor performance vs. budget/forecast and provide variance analysis and key insights
- Prepare recurring management reporting (KPIs, cost tracking, profitability snapshot)
- Support monthly management closing activities and reconciliations between accounting and controlling views
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and information requests from the CFO/Top Management and the Group
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree in Economics (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Innovation driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent Italian and English
- Strong analytical and structured mindset, able to summarise for management
- Proactive, resilient and deadline-driven
