The selected candidate will be assigned to one of the departments, initially learning how the line operates and subsequently being trained to become a line leader.
Responsibilities include managing other operators, monitoring their work, and ensuring smooth production without non-conformities or issues.
Key Skills
* Experience in a production environment, preferably in medium/large companies.
* Knowledge of IT systems for operating management software and onboard computers.
* Leadership skills to manage other operators on the line, along with good organizational and precision skills.
