The role operates on the plants in Foligno and Graffignana and collaborates closely with the Italian HS Manager (RSPP) and with the ASPP in Graffignana to guarantee regulatory compliance, effective risk management and alignment with MillerKnolls global EHS standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the RSPP in the operational management of the EHS Prevention and Protection Service at both sites. /li liPlan and execute EHS activities with alternating presence at Foligno and Graffignana. /li liConduct regular workplace inspections and internal audits according to MillerKnoll global standards. /li liIdentify risks, non‑conformities and improvement opportunities. /li liDevelop and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific assessments. /li liManage incident, near‑miss and corrective action reporting and investigation. /li liProvide basic safety training and promote a proactive safety culture. /li liSupport environmental management, records and mandatory compliance activities. /li liCollect, analyze and report EHS KPIs required by the Group. /li liSupport deployment of global EHS standards programs and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liOperative approach and constant presence in industrial contexts. /li liClear and effective communication at all organizational levels. /li liRisk evaluation and structured problem‑solving skills. /li liCollaborative attitude and continuous improvement orientation. /li liExcellent organizational and prioritization skills for two plants. /li liExperience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul li13 years of experience in an EHS/HSE role in a manufacturing or industrial context. /li liSolid knowledge of the Italian Normative Health Safety (81/08) and related standards. /li liProfessional level in English for reporting and global communications. /li liAvailability for regular transfer between Foligno and Graffignana. /li liQualify ASPP (Moduli A B macrosector manifacturiero) as a preferential requirement. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRuolo completamente dedicato alle attività Salute Sicurezza.
