The person will work in a very dynamic context, guaranteeing the best shopping experience for our clients.How you will contribute Welcome clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets and provide excellent customer service.Assist with the loyalty program by inviting clients to subscribe, explaining points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption.Support clients as a personal shopper, when requested.Record individual guests and groups using The Mall Luxury Outlets' digital tools.Handle client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.Coordinate with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to help ensure service standards are respected.Check the In Mall image and its alignment with The Mall Luxury Ou
