THE ROLE
We're looking for a Core Dev, who will own the Tech Roadmap and Development Team.
We really care about Team relationship, so this is a \"Dev transitioning to CTO role\".
By this, we mean that you'll be our core developer that, if it happens to be a perfect fit, will become a CTO and vest an equity package.
This is not a "sit in the background and manage infra" role; you'll be deep in the code and in the strategy room when we ideate the next big feature.
You will directly report to the CPO and work hand-in-hand with both founders every day.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
* Strong full-stack experience (we don't care about the specific language/stack; we need someone super flexible) with the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem + Python (especially for AI).
* Deep blockchain understanding: real knowledge of how transactions work, DeFi protocols, block explorers, and data providers (you don't need to write Solidity, but you truly understand the ecosystem at a technical level)
* Hands-on experience building with AI tools (OpenAI API,Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, vector stores, agents, or similar frameworks) using them to accelerate development and to build on top of it.
* Proven ability to ship production products end-to-end in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
* Extreme ownership and flexibility: you're comfortable when priorities shift weekly and the roadmap is still being written.
* You genuinely enjoy both deep coding and product thinking.
Plus:
* Previous experience in early-stage startups (ideally as one of the first technical hires).
* You love using AI tools to 10x your own productivity.
* Experience in antifraud, osint, cybersec
