Summer Service Leadership: Manage the daily flow of the dining room and outdoor terraces, ensuring peak performance during the busy summer months. Team Guidance: Supervise and inspire a seasonal team, ensuring quick integration and adherence to Aman’s world-class service standards. Guest Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for international guests, providing expert advice on our seasonal menus and local ingredients. Seamless Coordination: Oversee the "mise-en-place" for both indoor and outdoor settings, adapting quickly to weather changes to maintain an uninterrupted guest experience. Knowledge Ambassador: Deeply understand our summer wine list and seasonal culinary offerings to enhance the guest journey through storytelling. What We Offer
