Responsibilities _ Your day to day with us:_ Strategical Support - Proactively support BMs/Jr BMs in the development and execution of all strategic decks for different PepsiCo brands - Provide insights on brand health status to internal stakeholders on a monthly basis - Support BMs/Jr BMs in AOP diagnostic initiatives proposition to be included in the plan Brand communication activities On-going support to BMs/Jr BMs in executing Marketing agenda, including: - Assigned projects in terms of communication, aligning with global team to receive information and assets to lift and shift by proper deadline to guarantee constant support to the brand - Deliver in alignment with BMs/Jr BMs efficient communication plan (with focus on POS activation programs and Digital Agenda) - Defining PR agenda, supporting BMs/Jr BMs - Own Digital agenda by being responsible of all Digital Brand Assets, in alignment with BMs/Jr BMs - Planning, developing and executing consumer promotional activities including POP, events and co-marketing - Innovation projects and platforms Sales Active Interface - Provides BMs/Jr BMs with support by being the first point of touch for Trade Marketing team, in order to provide with inputs for translating marketing platforms in effective POS communication, across channels, leading ad hoc projects with a good level of ownership. Execute - Provides continuous support and guarantees proactive presence towards sales related activities. Provide consultation and execute Research & Insights - Independently runs market research agenda, specifically owns Nielsen based researches and analysis giving clear indications on brand/market performances. Qualifications _ What will you need to succeed?_ - Computer literacy, including Excel and Power Point; - Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to juggle a number of competing priorities; - Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills (able to analyse and quickly draw conclusions from data); - Self-starter with a can do attitude; - English fluency.
