Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ppbElectrical Manufacturing Engineer /b /ppbuPurpose of the job /u /b /pp-Defines and validate the detailed manufacturing process for a new product, with focus on the electrical tasks. /pp-Perform industrial documentation for the project, define industrial master data and set the manufacturing method time. /pp-In serial phase, drive continuous improvement actions, industrialize product and process changes. /ppbuResponsibilities: /u /b /ppbDuring specification and preliminary design phases: /b /pp- Bring ideas to the Process Engineer or the Product Industrialization Manager to guide product definition to improve the product manufacturability and achieve SQCDP targets. /pp- Participate to the product design reviews. /pp- Estimate Method Time. /ppbDuring detailed design phase and before Serial Go:u: /u /b /pp- Participate to P-FMEA. /pp- Participate to validation of prototypes. /pp- Request tooling and write tooling specifications. /pp- Prepare Wiring Drawings, Wiring Tables, Cable List, Tooling List, ERP Routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions. /pp- Validate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI. /pp- Calculate precise Method Time. /ppbAfter serial go: /b /pp- Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Wiring Drawings, Wiring Tables, Cable List, Tooling List, Routings, Work Instructions, and Tooling. /pp- Support Production to achieve manufacturing SQCDP targets. /pp- Participate to continuous improvement workshops. /pp- Contribute to industrial Return of Experience on manufacturing processes. /ppbuQualifications Functional Knowledge /u: /b /pp- good EHS and Ergonomic approach. /pp- Degree in Electrical Engineering. /pp- Manufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry. /pp- Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions. /pp- Experience in working with AutoCAD Wiring Drawings /pp- Experience in working with CATIA, DMA, DELMIA and ELSA software. /pp- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up. /pp- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics. /pp- Experience in FMEA and QRQC. /pp- Time analysis knowledge (MTM, MEK, UAS). /pp-Good English knowledge (written and spoken) /ppAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
