Inside Sales Representative
What Will You Do
Arrow is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Business Support Team in Florence, Italy. This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and will report to the Inside Sales Manager, with the opportunity to significantly grow our business.
Responsibilities

- Provide customer support via telephone and email.
- Manage estimates and orders efficiently from inception to invoice.
- Collaborate on supplier‑related activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios.
- Proactively create potential offerings and support customers.
- Follow up on sales cases and orders through to execution.
- Work effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond.
Requirements

- Business proficiency in Italian and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales back‑office or operations.
- Technical or commercial education.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working independently and as a team member.
- Proactive, extroverted, self‑sufficient, and flexible.
- Responsible and able to handle duties independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and understanding the impact of details on the big picture, with a positive can‑do attitude.
- Prepared to face challenges, adapt to continuous changes, and achieve successful outcomes.
