For a leading international company, we are looking for a
PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT PROCESSES SPECIALIST
Who joins the Operations team, specifically within the Payments & Account Processes area contributing to strategic initiatives with a strong focus on business performance and process optimization.
What you’ll do:
* Have the opportunity to be involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with company’s local and international brands and other departments to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of payment systems and the overall user experience
* Monitor and evaluate deposit and withdrawal performance, creating detailed reports and presentations that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making, translating data findings into actionable recommendations
* Drive the ideation and execution of strategies for process and product evolution, based on insightful data analysis and market trends
* Engage with our payments providers strong relationships in terms of innovative products and service levels
* Previous experience in this role
* Degree in Economics, Engineering or related
* Excellence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills working with multiple departments
* Proactivity to work even in the absence of continuous input with a problem-solving mindset and customer centricity skills
* Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
