Job Description:
GENIUS KID, an international school of mental arithmetic, is looking for qualified, passionate English-speaking educators (graduates, class teachers, subject teachers, pedagogues, psychologists, special educators) to join our dynamic international teaching team for the academic year starting September 2025.
After receiving full licensed training in the Hikari Teaching Program, the candidate will work as a mental arithmetic teacher with children aged 4 to 12 in Milan and surrounding areas, with placements in partner schools.
Having a car is desirable due to multiple locations.
The teacher will report to the Director of the Italian Program.
Qualifications:
* Native or bilingual English speaker
* Organized, dynamic, and inspiring
* Creative in lesson planning to ensure engaging learning experiences
* Team player with a growth mindset
* Professional qualifications as a graduate educator, pedagogue, psychologist, or special educator with at least 2 years of experience
* Resident in Milan with permission to work in Italy
* Flexible and available for mobility among multiple workplaces
