We’re looking for passionate, curious, and motivated individuals to join our team and work with clients to translate complex technology into real business value—driving transformation, resilience, and long-term success. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liProvide Level 3 support for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. /li liManage and maintain endpoint devices, including Lenovo laptops, Apple iOS/iPadOS devices, and related peripherals. /li liDevice Management for laptops (mainly Lenovo), mobile devices (Apple iOS/iPadOS), and peripherals. /li liCollaboration and productivity tools management, including Microsoft 365 services (Windows, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, M365 E3/E5). /li liSecurity, identity, and access services using Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory. /li liAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows enterprise environments. /li liDesign, implement, and support device enrollment and lifecycle management using Intune, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager. /li liEnsure secure identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. /li liMonitor system performance, reliability, and security compliance across all managed endpoints and services. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end‑user experiences and continuous service improvements. /li liMaintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures. /li liSupport incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL/ITSM frameworks. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring Along /h3 ul liStrong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 (E3/E5). /li liExpertise in device management for Windows and Apple ecosystems. /li liSolid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory. /li liExperience with Autopilot and Apple Business Manager. /li liKnowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, and conditional access. /li liFamiliarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and service management tools. /li liStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills. /li liExcellent communication and documentation abilities. /li liMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus. /li liExperience with scripting (PowerShell) and automation is an advantage. /li liKnowledge of mobile application management (MAM) and mobile device management (MDM) strategies. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
