OverviewRole We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi-team environment. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the IT sector, including software development and client interaction.Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment standards.Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).In-depth knowledge of Agile practices and artifacts (e.g., user stories, epics, backlog management, Definition of Ready/Done).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working in environments involving multiple development teams.Ability to foster proactive, self-organizing teams.Fluency in English (required).Proficiency French (Plus).
Nice to have
Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM or equivalent).Good knowledge of Italian (written and spoken).Knowledge of French is a plus.Technical background in IT (e.g., Architect, Engineer, QA).
