Ideal Profile Experience 3–5 years in executive international recruiting, with essential expertise in direct search (head hunting).\nAnalytical Skills Strong ability to process, understand, and interpret market data and information.\nLanguage Skills Fluent English (essential); proficiency in German language will be considered as plus.\nAcademic Background University degree (undergraduate or postgraduate).\nDigital skills Advanced proficiency with information systems AI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
