Your Role
As our
Field Sales Representative for Italy, you will play a key role in expanding ROLEC’s presence in the Italian market. You will act as the main contact for customers, combining technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to drive business growth and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers regularly to identify new business opportunities and provide on‑site technical consultations.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
Identify and acquire new customers through market research and proactive outreach.
Present and sell ROLEC’s product portfolio in face‑to‑face B2B interactions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
Represent ROLEC at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Collaborate closely with the German headquarters in Rinteln and international subsidiaries.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to the Head of International Sales.
Your Profile
At least 5 years of experience in
technical field sales.
Proven track record in selling
industrial or technical components
in a B2B environment.
Self‑motivated, structured, and results‑driven approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in
Italian, with good command of
English
for communication with HQ (German is a strong plus).
Willingness to travel across Italy (approx. 3 days per week).
Experience with
CRM systems
and digital sales tools is an advantage.
