You are introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding project and resolve them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas. You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients. Through your close contact with customers, you help to improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proof of successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense environments. You are willing to travel to our customers. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
