Job Description
As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Assist customers through all sales stages, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction;
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain sales standards and ensure cleanliness of the store spaces;
Check stock levels, replenish as needed, and ensure the availability of a full range of sizes.
Requirements
Preferably experience in retail;
Excellent communication and customer management skills;
Team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.
