TXT Group is looking for a Software Developer with software design skills in the field of test systems for avionics equipment, to be included in its Aerospace & Defence business unit.
Main Responsibilities:
SW development of the sequences that make up the Test Program Set;
HW/SW integration of the Test Program Set and reporting;
Development of technical documentation (SW Design, SW Test Plan, SW Version Description, etc.);
Participation in development process review activities (PDR, CDR, ETCR, Validation);
Participation in technical meetings;
Activity progress verification.
Technical Skills Sought:
Software implementation skills, C/C++/C# language;
Software implementation skills using the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET development environment;
Software implementation skills using National Instruments development environments (TestStand, LabView, Labwindows/CVI);
Implementation skills in automated reporting, and thus in metalanguages such as XML, ATML and in Python, Javascript and Java languages;
Skills on DataBase Server type SQL and knowledge of the related language for the realization of Stored Procedures and/or Queries;
Knowledge and technical background on major electrical communication interface standards used in the military such as MIL-BUS-1553B and ARINC-429;
Knowledge of English language.
Nice to Have:
High-level design skills in aspects of electronics and mechanics and design, documentation;
Sufficient skills and expertise regarding the development of “test systems for avionics apparatus/equipment” on automatic test stations;
Knowledge of automatic measurement systems;
Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation.
Aptitude for problem solving, team working and availability for business travel complete the profle.
Degree required: Bachelor or Master's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Computer Engineering.
