Scope of Responsibilities:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering issues related to teaming, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing compliance advice, developing tools and policies, and conducting training sessions.
* Work with Legal M&A colleagues to analyze and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger filings globally, and respond to government inquiries.
This position offers a flexible, fully virtual work environment, making location a non-issue.
