He will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technology by leading a team of skilled Business Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business requirements, and aligning IT solutions with strategic business objectives.Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and professional developmentOversee the end-to-end business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process for complex development projectsProduce specific functional documentation and design, such as specifications, user guides and reportsManage and align multiple project teams, serving as a critical interface between IT, Product Owners, and Project managersConduct high-level design studies and support sales initiatives and feasibility studiesReview and validate complex functional specifications produced by the team, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibilityDevelop and implement strategic BA methodologies and best practices across the organizationProvide senior-level oversight of project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectivesEstablish and maintain cross-functional relationships to drive organizational efficiency and project successPromote innovation across the organization sponsoring PoC initiative and external collaborationsLead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholdersRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience with agility and SCRUMExtensive experience in business analysis in the fintech industry with proven track record of team leadershipAdvanced problem-solving and strategic analytical skillsExceptional communication abilities, with demonstrated capability to interface with C-level executives and clientsProven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teamsUnderstanding the basics of architectures, development languages and SQLExcellent oral and written skills adequate for documenting complex business requirements clearly and unambiguouslyWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
