* SUMMARY
The Contract QA Analyst has experience working in marketing or product development and is responsible for working with Leadership to set, measure, and help the team to maintain baseline standards on the look and feel of product offerings across mobile and web clients. You will have the opportunity to engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to drive innovative consumer products. You thrive sharing research, building consensus and driving teams towards results. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
This position is 100% remote and can be located outside of the U.S.

This position reports to the Director of Quality Assurance
* JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Developing KPIs
* Measuring the look and feel of the product across all clients.
* Provide recommendations to the product and development teams based on research and analysis.
* Analyze and report on market and competitors, business, and tech trends.
* Assists in user research activities, engaging with Product Managers and customers to better understand product usage and business needs.
* Documents and socializes product research.
* Works with Product Managers and Engineering to enable data-driven decision making.
* Helps test features for acceptance during release cycle.
* Helps monitor business and product metrics.
* Works with stakeholders from other parts of the org on the go-to-market plan (Marketing, Sales, CS).
* Helps conduct product overview for newcomers.

* Experience with end to end product delivery.
* Experience analyzing product quality.
* Experience reviewing markets and tech trends.
* Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals.
* Ability to think outside the box and see trends / opportunities where others don't.

* Thrives while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to provide feedback on the look and feel (design and usability) of product offerings across mobile and web.
* Ability to create, manage, and deliver product, customer, and market research on schedule.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field; MBA / MS preferred but not required. In addition, or in lieu of a degree, add certifications, or years of practical experience in a certain role.
