🚀 We Are Hiring: OT Cybersecurity / Hardening Engineer
Role Mission
Ensure that CPPC Tiers developments maintain a strong and compliant OT cybersecurity architecture, aligned with IEC 62443 standards, safeguarding real-time control environments operating under strict grid-code requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Review control system architecture changes and communication flows
* Define and implement system hardening strategies (OS, network, services, access control)
* Support secure boot, backup and recovery mechanisms
* Ensure segregation between IT and OT domains
* Assist in cybersecurity audits and compliance activities
* Contribute to risk assessments and threat modeling for industrial environments
* Collaborate with Control, Integration and QA teams to embed security-by-design principles
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in OT cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443 mandatory)
* Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
* System hardening experience on industrial controllers / RT environments
* Understanding of power plant control architectures (PPC, BESS, microgrids) is a strong plus
