Executive Assistant to the CEO

2 years of experience
in executive support roles, preferably in dynamic, international environments. The role requires both
operational excellence
and the ability to act as a
trusted advisor and business partner
to the CEO, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and impact across key company priorities.
Your Role As a
Executive Assistant to the CEO
, your responsibilities will include: Providing
strategic and operational support
to the CEO across meetings, communications, and project follow-ups. Participating in key internal and external meetings, drafting notes, and ensuring
alignment with first-line managers
and stakeholders. Managing the CEO’s
complex calendar
and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. Organizing and handling
international travel logistics
, including itineraries, documentation, and accommodations. Acting as a
Point of Contact
between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. Drafting and editing reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO. Coordinating high-level meetings, events, and internal communication flows. Ensuring
follow-up on strategic actions and deliverables
, keeping priorities on track.
Your Profile Degree in
Economics, Business Administration
, or related fields Fluency in
Business English
(Portuguese is a plus) Availability to travel
nationally and internationally with short notice Strong experience in
supporting C-level executives Experience in a consulting or technology-driven environment Excellent proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(especially PowerPoint and Excel) Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal communication
