The Team Leader, Production Maintenance, will be responsible for:
* Supporting the supervisor in defining the budget for the area and assisting in managing and controlling costs, reporting any deviations or efficiency losses.
* Organizing electrical and mechanical maintenance activities during shifts by coordinating the staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, and supporting production to meet targets.
* Ensuring smooth handovers to maintain control over plants/machinery and consistent progress of scheduled activities throughout the day.
* Planning and overseeing scheduled and extraordinary maintenance activities, including modifications based on plant and machinery oversight, in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
* Managing unscheduled and extraordinary maintenance, potentially contracting external specialized companies, within budget and quality standards.
* Providing assistance in calibration activities, fostering teamwork and good relations with responsible personnel.
* Supporting the supervisor in updating the list of service and material suppliers, ensuring quality and service standards are met.
* Participating in SOP reviews related to maintenance, aligned with company quality policies.
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards by monitoring maintenance procedures and promoting improvements.
* Reporting and managing deviations and change controls related to GMP equipment and machinery.
* Coordinating with QA and Safety to train staff on procedures and EH&S regulations.
* Ensuring staff have adequate skills, promoting continuous improvement through training and mentoring.
* Leading, coordinating, and evaluating the team to achieve high performance and motivation, setting objectives, and identifying development needs.
Requisiti:
* Diploma or degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or similar) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven resource management experience.
* Background in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Good knowledge of English.
* Availability to work on a continuous cycle shift.
