Overview
Join to apply for the HR BUSINESS PARTNER_Comp & Ben role at KRUK Italia S.r.l. We're looking for a new colleague to cover the role of HR Business Partner, joining our HR Department and reporting directly to the HR Director. The new resource will ensure HR professional support on people management to dedicated departments, guiding recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention processes. She / he will be the first direct HR interface for managers and employees to support them regarding all HR matters; she / he collects business needs, adapts HR tools / initiatives, and suggests methods for a response that is as effective as possible. High focus on Compensation & Benefits area and HR Admin. Based in Milan, smart working is applicable; travel time could be up to 25% on a monthly basis (we have offices in La Spezia and in Milan).
Responsibilities
* She / he is responsible for HR processes in a 360° scope (from attraction to offboarding) to support internal business clients (managers and employees in dedicated departments);
* Responsible for deploying all recurring HR processes, such as annual performance management, salary review, employee surveys, career paths, HR Analytics, etc.;
* Collects business needs and is responsible for adapting HR projects and initiatives for effective HR response;
* Collaborates effectively with the entire HR Department in deploying all HR initiatives within dedicated business departments;
* Works with external consultants (payroll, labor, employment) and internal partners, such as legal and compliance areas, business improvement, data privacy, etc.;
* Acts as an ambassador of company values, supporting and promoting organizational and cultural changes;
* Has proper knowledge of Italian labor standards, monitors and anticipates risks associated with daily employee management;
* Contributes to updating recurring HR reports (KPIs implementation and monitoring).

* Masters' Degree in humanistic matters, such as Psychology, Economics, Law; a post-graduate master in HR is a plus;
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational environment;
* Availability to travel up to 25% of working hours.
