If his / hers / its skills fit the need the IT managers gets directly involved in developing solutions to meet business needs. /p pThis position reports to the Regional iBRM and the role applies for Dermocosmetic and Medicalcare Intalian branches. /p pOther key working relationships include local management staff all system users Global DAIS vendors and consultants. /p pThe local IT team reports to this position. /p h3bMAIN MISSIONS /b /h3 h3bTechnology Strategic Project Management : /b /h3 pLead projects related to the planning organizing allocating resources for budgeting and successfully executing organizations business strategies needs and specific IT goals. /p pCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals timelines and resources. /p pDefine and measure project success and adjust strategies as needed and provide recommendations for continuous enhancement. /p pPerform risk management to minimize project risks. /p h3bManage the Business Needs : /b /h3 pDesign plan and execute technological solutions effectively considering the business output requirements in accordance with the corporate norms and standards focusing on : /p pIdentify develop and manage development of robotic process automation in coordination with the central Center of Expertise /p pEnsure the implementation and maintenance of the Digital Strategy : Websites E-Business Collaborative tools B2C CRM (Web marketing Loyalty programs emailing) /p pContinuously identify and evaluate existing processes technologies and vendor partnerships and keep the business technologically competitive. /p pSupports the business Analysis teams in the affiliate and the population of users in the usage of BI tools and the development and usage of Advanced Analytics /p h3bEnsure the operation of systems : /b /h3 pEnsure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation including system and user manuals license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades including Infrastructure (LAN WAN) Assets Management Software Architecture Standard Operating Procedure local procedures etc. /p pDevelop and implement all IT policies and procedures including those for architecture security disaster recovery standards purchasing and service provision. /p pManage the deployment monitoring maintenance development upgrade and support of all IT systems including servers PCs operating systems smartphones software applications and peripherals with the support of the local outsourcer. /p h3bIT Referent for GDPR : /b /h3 pWorks together with the GDPR referent and is responsible to fill up the technical part of the forms. /p h3bCompliance with Corporate Standards : /b /h3 pBe the local interlocutor for the implementation and maintenance of the Pierre Fabre group IT Strategy. /p pEnsure proper implementation of corporate norms and standards. /p pEnsure projects adhere to security and privacy policies. /p h3bAppropriation and Training Responsibilities : /b /h3 pOnboarding and Training New Users : The IT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new users are effectively integrated into the companys IT systems. This includes creating training materials conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to new users to help them become proficient with the companys technology and systems. /p pbTraining : /b The IT Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for the end users This involves creating detailed instructions user manuals and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the local staff. The goal is to ensure that all users are well-versed in the functionalities and best practices of the local applications. /p pbAI Appropriation : /b The IT Manager will lead initiatives to integrate AI technologies into the companys operations. This includes identifying opportunities for AI implementation developing strategies for AI adoption and providing training to staff on how to effectively use AI tools in collaboration with AI Ambassadors.
