Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities?
* Resolve escalated L2 incidents related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, network connectivity, and business applications
* Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment using standard tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
* Support user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD)
* Support office IT infrastructure
* Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Location: Milano (North)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
* Good English and fluent Italian
* 2 years of IT support experience within large corporations
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
* Communicative and supportive attitude
* Familiarity with ticketing system
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
