As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. You will plan and schedule material/production needs, developing an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. You will suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures. Working within String Test Cell ensure smooth preparation of test bench and meet OTD and customer requirements. Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensuring availability of Shop items according to String Test Plan Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs, optimizing inventory and process improvements. Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Interfacing with procurement to monitor delivery dates Interfacing with contractors and maintenance team to plan activity and define materials priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to influence others Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Effective problem identification and solution skills Proven analytical and organizational ability Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
