You will partner with product, tech supply, and BI teams to ship features with fast release cycles while owning the product quality. You will contribute to architecture decisions to ensure resilience, scalability, and data-driven decision making through analytics and AI-enabled insights. You will operate in a hybrid, international team across multiple European locations, shaping a transformative supply platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain the backend using Java and Spring Boot on a modern stackCollaborate with product teams to enable short release cycles while owning contributed productsWork with cross-functional teams in Tech Supply and Business IntelligenceFoster team growth through continuous learning and shared challengesContribute to software design and architecture decisions for resilient, scalable solutionsQualifications5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experienceStrong knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systemsExperience across the full software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)Application tuning, profiling, and monitoring (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and KubernetesStrong expertise in PostgreSQLFrontend experience with Vue.js is a plusKnowledge of ML, analytics, data science, and data lake tech (e.g., Starburst) is a plusOwnership mindset and high-quality software deliveryFluent English
