The IT team is now positioned as a proactive partner to the business, shaping the Group's future through cutting‑edge technology and global collaboration /p h3General Description of the Role /h3 pGlobal IT Product Owner - Customer Service, Logistics Procurement, reporting to the Global IT Manager Business Partner Supply Chain, is a member of the Global IT Team dedicated to the Supply Chain functional area. As a key member of the Global IT Supply Chain team, the Product Owner plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business critical applications within the domains of Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement, ensuring application stability, performance, and continuous improvement, while aligning with business needs and IT governance standards. /p pThis role involves close collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives align with business goals, deliver measurable value, and foster innovation. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES /h3 h3Application Management Adoption /h3 ul liOversee the lifecycle of global applications in Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement areas. /li liEnsure system availability, reliability and business adoption. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement Projects /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities for process optimization and system evolutions. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /li liLeads IT projects related to application's global rollout, upgrades, integrations, and migrations. /li /ul h3Governance Documentation /h3 ul liMaintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and procedures. /li liDevelops governance processes and best practice and ensure compliance among business stakeholders. /li /ul h3Service Management : /h3 ul liCoordinate incident, problem, and change management processes. /li liMonitor service performance and implement corrective actions when needed. /li liManage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liProject Management - Ability to manage technical tasks within complex projects (Agile or Waterfall). /li liBusiness Acumen - Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement) is essential. /li liProven experience in Application Management and Service Management roles. /li liFamiliarity with TMS systems (Tesi / Transporeon, others...), Procurement Tools (COUPA, others...) and SAP CX is considered advantageous. /li liSAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain - understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, LE, TM, CS) is considered a plus, as well as other SAP suites knowledge (e.g. SAP CX) and adoption of Fiori Apps. /li liFamiliarity with Integration platforms and middleware solutions is beneficial. /li liExperience in applying ITIL framework and AGILE methodologies is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Additional Skills Traits /h3 ul liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProblem Solving - Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions quickly /li liCross-functional Collaboration - Demonstrated experience working in matrix organizations and across diverse cultural environments /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English - Required for global collaboration /li liItalian - Preferred for local engagement /li liThird European language - A plus for broader communication /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul li5+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments, preferably in Customer Service and Logistics or Procurement areas /li liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. /li liInternational experience and a global mindset are essential /li liCertifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liAvailability to travel internationally up to 20% of time /li /ul h3Our commitment to Diversity Inclusion : /h3 pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
