At Dr. Max Italy, sited in Casalecchio di Reno of Bologna, we are looking for an outstanding Online Business Manager to elevate our online sales performances and improving our merchandising proposition, reporting to CCO. Your role will encompass collaborating and nurturing various stakeholders in order to boost our ecommerce presence and strengthen our position in the online pharmacy market.
E-commerce sales and planning:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends and competitor activities
* P&L accountability: full responsibility from top line to gross profit; coordination and tracking of different cost line in order to ensure an effective reporting
* Collaborate with CCO and CMCO on crafting and monitoring budget/periodical forecast
* Monitor and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Create and optimize product listing, product selection and display to improve sales performances
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance business performance.
* Generate regular reports to provide insights into key metrics and make data-driven decisions
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
* Collaborate with Product Owers to implement websi
Marketplace Management:
* Craft Marketplace strategy for Italian market.
* Own the entire Profit & Loss of Marketplace channel.
* Manage relationship with various online marketplace platforms besides, sourcing and negotiating new contracts for strategic partnerships/sellers.
* Partnering with Head of Commercial/Marketing, optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities on Marketplace channel.
* Cooperate with HQ on Marketplace topics over updates and industry best pratices.
* Ensure an optimized assortment strategy the maximizes sales and margin over a Product/Category over country and region level through specific channel plans.
* Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
* +5 years of e-commerce experience
* Bachelors/Masters degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in e-commerce and/or Marketplace management
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
* Knowledge of online sales dynamics and category management
* Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
* Data-driven focus in decision-making process
* Outstanding presentation skills, ability to influence internal/external stakeholders (different level, from operative to C level)
* Strong collaboration, negotiation and communication skills
* Self-confident, proactive, able to work in autonomy and under pressure
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
