What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing, developing, and refining Multi-Gbps PAM4 SERDES IP for advanced SoC applications.
* Investigating and developing innovative circuit architectures to overcome bottlenecks and achieve breakthroughs in power, area, and performance.
* Overseeing physical layout to minimize parasitics, device stress, and process variation, ensuring robust manufacturability.
* Documenting critical design features, test plans, and participating in thorough design reviews.
* Consulting on electrical characterization of SerDes IP products, interpreting customer silicon data to inform enhancements.
* Proposing and implementing solutions for post-silicon design updates based on real-world performance data.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including analog and digital designers, CAD engineers, and software specialists to deliver best-in-class solutions.

What You’ll Need:
* MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering (or similar field) with 2+ years of hands-on analog IC design experience is highly appreciated.
* Deep expertise in transistor-level design, especially in high-speed analog circuits and FinFET process nodes.
* Proven experience designing at least one relevant sub-circuit for SerDes (e.g., equalizers, samplers, drivers, serializers, deserializers, VCO, PLL, DLL, bandgap reference, ADC, DAC).
* Familiarity with physical layout considerations, including matching, reliability, and proximity effects.
* Proficiency with analog behavioral modeling (Verilog-A), and experience with scripting languages (TCL, Perl, Python, MATLAB, C) is a plus.
