Ph3JOB SUMMARY /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liFinancial System Integration: Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms. /li liCustomization Compliance: Configure Forms, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to meet financial regulations. /li liData Security Governance: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption for financial transactions. /li liAutomation Reporting: Utilize Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection. /li liTechnical Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and security within financial Dynamics 365 implementations. /li liPerformance Optimization: Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high-speed financial transactions. /li /ul h3Regulatory Business Conduct /h3 ul liDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. /li liTake personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. /li liEffectively and collaboratively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. /li liLead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement CRM) within financial services. /li liExpertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate. /li liStrong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications. /li /ul h3Added Advantage /h3 ul liExperience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting. /li liProven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers. /li liExcellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. /li liExperience SSIS, XRMToolBox and Kingswaysoft. /li /ul h3Preferred Certifications /h3 ul liMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate /li liAzure Fundamentals (AZ-900) /li /ul h3About Standard Chartered /h3 pWe're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
