We are looking for a self-motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to join our pre-opening team. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager in the smooth and high-standard operation of the assigned F&B outlet. Independently manage the assigned outlets-function operation during assigned shifts in the absence of the Outlet Manager. Supervise the daily floor operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. Monitor hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards throughout the outlet. Act as outlet leader during shifts, supervising staff and ensuring performance aligns with brand standards. Train and coach new team members; support continuous service training. Monitor grooming, punctuality, and professionalism. Conduct and participate in pre-shift briefings and communicate updates clearly to the team. Keep shift handover notes and logs accurate to maintain continuity. Ensure consistent, high-quality service is delivered to all guests, in line with brand standards. Monitor usage, rotation (FIFO), and report discrepancies. Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager or Floor Supervisor in a 5 star or upscale hotel environment. -Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
