Responsibilities
Daily operations management: ensure that daily departures align with network planning definitions and promptly address any discrepancies.Authorization management: manage authorization processes and maintain follow‐up procedures to ensure smooth operations.Stakeholder relationships: establish and maintain effective relationships with authorities, operational partners, and suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.Partner support: act as the main point of contact for bus and door‐to‐gate partners.Quality control: work closely with Customer Service to monitor the quality of service provided by partners and identify areas for improvement.Performance analysis: analyze on‐time performance and partner efficiency, proposing action plans and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Service continuity: implement measures to prevent service disruptions, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.Onboarding coordination: organise and lead the onboarding process for new operational partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation sector.Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement action plans.Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.Proficiency in using technologies and software relevant to operations management.Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
