The part you’ll play
You will join us in our
Milan Montenapoleone Store
as a
Team Leader
reporting directly to the Store Management.
Leading the team on your floor to transform each client experience into magical moments by
creating a hand-crafted experience
to drive individual and team objectives
Create a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by
fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion
Support
the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and
creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to
enhance sales
for each product category and client tier segment
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated best in class sales and self leadership
by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
Ability to build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a
sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset
Proven ability to ensure efficient and effective sales floor operations, including clienteling,
team leading
, product display, cleanliness, and grooming, by proactively resolving issues and delivering positive outcomes
Fluency in
Italian and English is essential
; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
At least
2 years of previous experience in a managerial role
, such as Floor Manager, in the fashion/luxury industry
Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
