Job Description :
We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our Financial Products Division at our Milan office as a Credit Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting concurrent and retrospective system uploads and reviews of credit application documentation. Your goal will be to ensure record accuracy and uphold the highest standards.
What You Will Do :
* Collecting, analyzing, entering information to prepare credit applications for credit analysis.
* Communicating with dealers and / or sales team on credit application process details.
* Analyzing errors on credit applications and customer records and updating documentation processes and procedures to improve accuracy rate.
* Providing guidance on the implementation of credit application documentation best practices within a specific unit.
What You Will Have :
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Marketing, and / or relevant experience in banks and financial institutions.
* Native knowledge of Italian; proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
* Information Capture : Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
* Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
* Initiative : Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.
* Data Entry Management : Knowledge of data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report the results during daily work.
Additional Information :
* No telework possibility (5 days in the office per week)
* Office located in Milan city center
* According to Italy Labor agreement sector terziario (CCNL) : the level of the employee is : Impiegatto Livello 3.
