**Position Summary** **What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include**:
The main job duties relate to an IT Program Manager: - Manage program budget and funding
- Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring program goals are reached
- Produce program reports and implement a communication plan
- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives **What makes you successful? Bring your passion and expertise with**: - Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent skills in IT project and program management in global contexts
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to influence others
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with business managers, IT engineering and IT operations staff
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes
- Good knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Preferred Master/Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study
- 10+ year of experience in the role of IT Project Manager in global context **Travel required**:
