PWho we are looking for? /ppWe’re seeking for a HR Administration Payroll Specialist who brings a strong blend of technical expertise in payroll administration and a proactive mindset that foster a collaborative team environment. Sharp analytical skills are essential to navigate the complexities of payroll, contracts and benefits and to prevent and handle any labour issues. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, integrity and discretion are crucial. /ppThe ideal joiner has: /pulliAt least 6/8 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in multinational or consulting environment, /liliIn-depth expertise of the personnel administration management related activities, /liliA deep understanding of the labour law and Italian Commerce CCNL regulations, /liliA proven track record of hands-on experience in legal compliance related to payroll benefits processes, /liliExcellent team worker, with employee colleague centric mindset, /liliDegree in HR, Legal or Economics, /liliItalian language knowledge is a must to have; English language proficiency is also required (at least C1), /liliCapable Microsoft Office Package user (especially Word and Excel). /li /ulpDo you have the skills, experience and personal qualities we at Savills are looking for, please Apply now and we would love to hear from you /ppWhat you will be responsible for? /pulliOversee all activities related to the personnel administration and payroll service, ensuring their accuracy, correct timing and application of legal obligations, /liliProvide employees and external consultants with reliable information and coordinate the communication flows related to employment, payroll, benefits, corporate policy and labour regulations; /liliOversee the contracts and documentation relating to the hiring, onboarding and offboarding (letters of employment, extensions, transformations, disciplinary and exit agreements), /liliManage relations with labour and payroll provider for the processing of payrolls and fulfilments, being their point of reference for any type of communication and comparison, /liliProcess workforce lifecycle changes and data entry such as personal data, employment contracts, compensation pack, promotions, and benefits and updates by ensuring accuracy in HR and attendance systems, /liliSupervise all administrative activities relating to types of absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104 and accidents in accordance with our CCNL, /liliSupport the Head of HR in monitoring the evolution and planning of the workforce, the elaboration of the budget and forecast of labour costs and the analysis of the relative variances in the final balance phase, the bonus calculation and payment and related documentation pack. /li /ulpWhat other skills are essential to fit this role 100%? /pulliBrillant team player willing to take responsibilities and proactively contribute to the goals’ achievement, /liliClear and confident communicator with a concrete and pragmatic approach to be identified as a trustworthy problem solver by both the colleagues and the leadership team, /liliHighly organized contributor with strong analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines alongside high attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. /li /ulpWhat we offer? /pulliGrowing in a professional, inclusive and supportive work-environment, /liliExperiencing a company culture that rewards high performance and nurtures talent, /liliFlexible hybrid-working policy, /liliSupplemental Health Insurance Coverage, /liliThe salary and remuneration package will be defined in relation to the candidate's skills and experience. /li /ulpSavills is an equal opportunity employer.
