Job Scope

Provide strategic leadership and execute ongoing recruitment strategies, including building networks of talent, managing relationships with departmental leadership, and developing a diverse culture of talented individuals to lead the organization into the future.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment:

* Represent and exemplify the agency culture and brand to attract talented, diverse, and capable individuals who add value to our team.
* Proactively stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices to find the most capable diverse talent.
* Utilize creative sourcing techniques such as networks, social media, cold calling, and referrals.
* Build on our internship program to develop career growth opportunities for recent graduates.
* Partner with leadership to outline responsibilities and find the right candidates to drive success.
* Manage the entire candidate process from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.

Leadership:

* Communicate effectively and collaborate across the enterprise to build a diverse team for future success.
* Apply critical and creative problem-solving skills to improve recruitment and provide insights to leadership.
* Commit to retaining and developing talent as the organization grows.

Personal Attributes:

* Strong business acumen with a future-oriented vision.
* Willingness to challenge conventional practices.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Excellent communication skills across platforms.

Ideal Job Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
* Experience: 5+ years in recruiting and talent development preferred.
* Capabilities: Strong relationship-building, verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to travel if needed.
* Technical: Experience with industry applicant tracking systems.
