Help fix bugs, refactor code, and improve reliability and performance in parts of the product that dealers and manufacturers use every day. /li liWork with AI as a teammate. /li liCollaborate in a real engineering team. Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and discussions about design and trade-offs, gaining exposure to how senior engineers think. /li /ul h3What You Bring: /h3 ul liSolid foundations. /li liKnowledge of at least one programming language (PHP, Java, Python). /li liUnderstanding of core concepts like HTTP, APIs, databases, and basic data structures. /li liSome web experience. You’ve built small projects (personal, university, bootcamp, or internship) that include a backend, frontend, or both. /li liCuriosity about AI tools. /li liProblem‑solving mindset. You enjoy understanding why something works (or breaks), not just getting it to “pass”. You ask questions and seek feedback. /li liTeam attitude.
