Within the Group Climate Hub, we are seeking a talented and proactive leader to head the Climate Strategy team.Key responsibilities of the role include:Establishing a consistent Group strategy on climate across the organization by coordinating various functions and stakeholders.Overseeing the development of thought leadership content to position the Group Climate Hub as a market leader in climate adaptation and mitigation expertise and solutions.Exploring and establishing new partnerships and driving collaboration with public sector entities.Representing the organization at relevant forums and conferences.Fulfilling applicable reporting requirements.RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:10+ years of experience in roles related to climate matters.Proven leadership experience, collaborating with senior stakeholders and representing the company in strategic initiatives.Stakeholder management expertise, including developing and managing partnerships to ensure mutual value, and skills in stakeholder mapping and management.Content creation expertise, including overseeing competitive analysis and segment-specific research to identify customer needs and market gaps.Strong communication skills to oversee strategies for conveying, communicating, and distributing content to internal and external stakeholders.Project management skills, including planning, execution, and tracking progress of complex, cross-functional activities.Soft Skills:Strategic perspective with foresight to identify emerging climate trends and translate them into actionable strategies and business opportunities.Influence and collaboration skills, with exceptional communication abilities to represent the organization in high-level stakeholder engagements and foster trust-based collaborations.Company ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guiding unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
