Role Description
As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
* Assist customers throughout all phases of the sale, from choosing to purchasing products, ensuring targets are met;
* Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
Visual Merchandising:
* Assist in maintaining sales standards consistently;
* Check stock levels on the sales floor, replacing stock when necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
* Preferably some experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail;
* Excellent communication skills and customer management abilities.
